In addition to that Roof Pro NW provides warranty on their new roof system which give me a peace in mind. Edwin ( the owner)was very responsive and he addressed all my concern about roofing. RoofPros just completed an old roof tear-off and and new, shingled roof replacement in a surprisingly quick time frame, fitting the work into a tight window between two other major house projects we had going. Our immediate need for the reroof arose unexpectedly, and Edwin Zetino, the owner, was able to come out to assess the scope and provide a reasonable bid number within two days, and to mobilize his crew to start two days later, after my giving him the green light. We happened to be out of town for the first 2 days and majority of the work, but he kept us informed of their progress, sending pictures, during that time. They were fast, diligent and thorough, and exercised care to protect a couple of areas. They did a great job at every level, and provided a thorough cleanup afterward. Edwin is terrific to work with.
