Everyone from Roto-Rooter has been professional, helpful and friendly. Even the lady who answered my initial phone call! Brett was FABULOUS. Very helpful and professional. The others who are assigned for the restoration have been great as well. I am very happy that I called this team, as they are making it so much easier for this old lady!

Eric was our service professional and he was AMAZING! We had a major issue with our nozzle sink connectors, and he replaced both sides as well as a new faucet. He went above and beyond, and we could not be happier with him and rotor router. I will not hesitate next time something happens to call Roto router and ask if Eric can come out. Was able to schedule an appt at night for the next morning, Scott was earlier than expected and very quick to get to work which was really appreciated. He helped explain why I was having my drain clog troubles and how to best prevent them in the future, which is very helpful because I’m on a septic. I’ll be contacting Roto-Rooter first the next time I’m in need of a plumber!
