Everyone from Roto-Rooter has been professional, helpful and friendly. Even the lady who answered my initial phone call! Brett was FABULOUS. Very helpful and professional. The others who are assigned for the restoration have been great as well. I am very happy that I called this team, as they are making it so much easier for this old lady!
The technician Joe was professional. He replaced a garbage disposal that he indicated had a crack in it (he had one in the truck). I had a filter already that needed replacing for the refrigerator door ice dispenser; I asked him if he could add that to the service call. This cost me $1,027. That seemed expensive but it is done now. My brother indicated I was taken advantage of with the cost. All I can say if I was Karma will take care of it. Service: Garbage disposal installation
