Bellevue Plumbing

A complete rip off! A leaky outside faucet. They came at 8:45AM to an 8AM appointment with no phone call to us. They worked for all of 20 minutes and the bill was for ... $462.00 (after tax)! There are no details on the invoice other than "fixed leaky faucet - Qty 1". We feel violated. We've heard stories of the stereotypical plumbing rip off but to experience it is something else.

Dealing with Bellevue Plumbing has been a nightmare. A new water heater was installed incorrectly in my 72-old mother’s home, in the sense that the temperature controls were not accessible (a door from the closet where the water heater was installed has to be removed to set the temperature). A simple rotation of the heater would fix this. A plumber came to inspect, but said the rotation was not under warranty; he removed the closet door reset the temperature to what he thought was good, and then told my mom to not change the temperature again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional – my entire life we’ve regularly raised the water temperature in winter, and lowered it in summer to save costs. I disputed the no warranty coverage since Bellevue Plumbing installed the water heater – it’s not our fault that they installed it incorrectly. I hired them to remove an old water filter. Two people came when I was expecting only one - just a friend with the plumber I think. He removed the filter which was a pretty simple job and took out a hot water dispenser. Left a mess under the sink and then charged me over $400. for this. I ordered a brushed ss soap dispenser and air gap cover and twice it came in the wrong finish. I asked for my money back and as of today I have not received it. Called several times and each time they stall me - I have just placed it in dispute with my bank. I would never do business with this company and the companies they represent should think twice - terrible service.
