CONSUMER BEWARE! This does not appear to be an actual business. They seem to operate as a scam to collect fees from you up-front, and then never provide any quotes for services and refuse to call you back. It is curious that most of the 5 star reviews are from "customers" making their first review- likely fake. So far, I have spoken to Danny, Billy, Elle (three times), Spencer, Rob, Charlie, Jordan (twice), Monica, and Marcie. The "manager" Lisa seems to be the most worthless of the lot, but that's not saying much given the rank incompetence and idiocy that prevails here. Don't waste your time or your money!
THEY ARE A SCAM. Destiny sent a person to our home, he took our money ($100 cash) and they never called us back to schedule the actual work that needed done. Now, they are using bots to improve their reviews so that people keep giving them cash (you get a discount for cash payments -- our mistake!). I caution everyone to stay away from this company. They are a huge SCAM!
Very impressed with Greg from Destiny Heating & Air Conditioning. He explained to me all the options I had and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about his work and the product. It was a pleasure working with him.
