Sam was fantastic! Relaxed yet professional and knowledgeable. He was careful to cover his shoes in the house even though my house is a mess and took photographs of the inside of my furnace so that I could understand exactly what was wrong exactly what he would be charging me for if I were to decide to fix it… I really appreciated that he understood I couldn’t afford to fix/replace it now and there was no pressure whatsoever. Great experience with HVAC technician Samuel today. He was on time (even offered to arrive earlier!), was thorough in his work, and gave me an honest opinion about the condition of my furnace. He suggested some replacement parts I may want to consider, but was otherwise descriptive about what he saw. Cleaned up after himself, left me an extra filter, and will have the office contact me about costs for the things we talked about. Would be pleased to have him service the furnace in the future.
