They went out of their way to get us on the schedule and when the roof damage they found was more extensive than expected, they fixed it quickly and at a reasonable cost. Fly Guys was the only company to actually get on the roof to inspect it during their estimate. I don’t know if this is typical, but for us the timeline from estimate to installation was about two weeks. The install itself happened in one day!
