Jaycee & his teammate at Gary’s plumbing were fantastic to work with. First, I was thrilled to find that when I called the emergency line due to water flowing under my house, that Gary’s sent plumbers out same day! When they arrived, they were friendly and listened the list of symptoms that I knew about. They entered the crawlspace and quickly were able to diagnose the problem as a pinhole leak on the potable water system. They recommended 911 Dry and gave me an estimate to make the repair. The recommendation for 911 Dry, a mitigation company to help dry out the space, was so appreciated. When Gary’s came back out to do the repairs they did a great job and made the whole process seamless and stress free. Would highly recommend them and they are now my plumbers for life! The plumber and apprentice arrived as scheduled each time. The office staff was very pleasant arranging the appointments. Ryan, the plumber, outlined the work that needed to be done and found an excavating company for me that was available to give me a bid the same day. The two companies communicated well together and were able to get the whole job done in 3 days. Highly recommend Gary's Plumbing for their quick response.

Matt came out and did a lot of work on our new home for us. By the time he left, everything looked better, and was easier to use! He did a great job at explaining how everything worked, answered my million questions, and was done quite efficiently. Will certainly give him a call next time we need plumbing help!
