The plumber and apprentice arrived as scheduled each time. The office staff was very pleasant arranging the appointments. Ryan, the plumber, outlined the work that needed to be done and found an excavating company for me that was available to give me a bid the same day. I used Gary’s plumbing to install a new natural gas line off my existing line that went to our grill on the deck over to a fire table on the deck. The customer service at the office is super friendly and responsive. The technicians were always on time (for the estimate and day of work) and very friendly as well. The job turned out better than I expected, super clean install and they went above and beyond to consult with me on all the options.
