Lied about delivery date and my package is for some reason sitting in las vegas right now when i ordered it from a town an hour an a half away that said it was in stock. Customer service claimed that it would take at the most 2 days.
Just wanted to give Ryan in the logistics department kudos for helping me to resolve a delivery issue with FedEx that was no fault of Lowe's. I appreciate the help and refund. Hopefully next order goes smoothly
Lowes has got a few more knowledgeable people on staff these days. Simple and easy large box hardware store. Would like to see more plumbing fittings in stock. Staff is friendly and try to help when they can. Love the dog friendly aspect, too. Fantastic, newly paved parking lot and paint lines!!
