Awful customer service!!! I will never spend another dollar at Lowe's. Our refrigerator broke so we ordered one. First it took 5 days to get it....while living out of a cooler. Then the delivery wasted my entire day by missing their 4 hour window and never informing us they had tried to deliver to the wrong house and returned to the warehouse. That phone call took over an hour. Then upper management was supposed to call and reschedule....wrong!!!! Never called. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is impossible. Lowe's simply does not care about customers. I will never buy another thing at Lowe's.
Lied about delivery date and my package is for some reason sitting in las vegas right now when i ordered it from a town an hour an a half away that said it was in stock. Customer service claimed that it would take at the most 2 days.
Just wanted to give Ryan in the logistics department kudos for helping me to resolve a delivery issue with FedEx that was no fault of Lowe's. I appreciate the help and refund. Hopefully next order goes smoothly
