ServiceMaster was contracted by my homeowners insurance to come dry my house after my two toddlers had a little too much fun playing in our upstairs bathroom sinks. The water traveled from the second floor to our crawl space. The professionalism and knowledge these guys have was super helpful just to ease my frustration and worry about the upcoming project. They explained the process from the beginning to the end. Everyday someone came and checked on the drying process and everyday that person would assure me someone would be there the next day to continue monitoring. They would adjust fans if needed for the fastest possible drying time of our walls, tile and carpet. Overall I was most pleased with the communication and just plain old customer service. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends.
