Left us without heat for Christmas and snow storm . Waited weeks for an appointment only to get a call that they went overtime on another job and we’re canceling our appointment and if we would like to book a new appointment for another three weeks out. That’s another 3 weeks without power to our heat system.

I will start by saying that the electricians that came to do the work were very professional and helpful. Dealing with the company is where the issue is. I was scheduled to have someone come out to do repair work on some outlets on May 11th, when I called them on the 10th to confirm the appointment, I was told that I was actually on their schedule for May 18th and not the 11th. I had taken time off work to be there as I also needed to get an estimate on a project. I then cancelled time off and went to work on the 11th and the electricians actually showed up on the 11th! Luckily I was able to leave work and be there. I was told it would be a one person job and given a quote over the phone but two people showed up and I was charged for two people so my actual bill was about twice as much as I was quoted over the phone. Then I had the electrician look at the project I need done and give me the estimate. He told me he will write it up when he gets back and send it to me. I have not receive

Derek came to check on a light that would not turn off in my daughters room. Turns out it was set up for a ceiling fan that needed a remote. He ordered the proper equipment and came back when the fixture came in. Very fast turn around and even gave my daughter a direct number to reach him should there be any questions. Thanks Derek.
