The technician, Michael, was pleasant to deal with, and he quickly solved my problem. Unlike so many technicians, he has a creative, problem-solving mind. In the past, I've had various technicians work on my ageing air-conditioning system. They didn't seem to understand its intricacies. Michael was like a doctor: he took measurements, and identified the problem; we discussed the solution and what it would cost; then he fixed the problem. Our A/C tech Michael was very professional and helpful. He took care of my drain issue and cared for my unit like it was his own. He really took the time to ensure that we wouldn't have the same issue happen again by rerouting our drain line.
