Do not use this company. New furnace. New heat pump. I ask for a reliable system. Inter changing thermostat. Heat pump, went out within 3 years. $5,000.00 to replace. Furnace repairs $3,000.00 a year. New thermostat $1200.00 + labor. Money pit. But, Sullivan highly recommend the setup. They have very little knowledge of HVAC. It's all about lining their pockets. I need a new furnace and heat pump. In 10 years the currier furnace and heat pump they installed has a cost of about $28,000.00 with purchase and repairs. Some of the repairs, were not needed. We've been with Sullivan (now Home Comfort Alliance) for years. They're svc tech's are knowledgeable, professional, on time, fair in their pricing, and friendly. They've maintained/serviced our HVAC system since we moved here in 2008, and even replaced our heat pump unit. Technician Steve S. has serviced our system a number of times and he's the best.
