JET Heating and Cooling

All of your technicians have been awesome. After 2 companies failed me, Jet Heating and Cooling came through! I purchased a new heat pump and furnace from Sears. Terrible experience. I then had a Mini Split installed from another company; their name escapes me. That was also a terrible experience. I ended up having you guys come out. You fixed my botched Mini Split install, and you were able to get me custom sized air filters for my furnace. Thank you. In about a 10-year period of time, I foolishly purchased not 1 but 3 heat pumps from this company. The initial heat pump I purchased from them was to replace a heat pump that was about 30 years old and never had any problems, not once, until it just stopped working one day. The first heat pump I purchased from JET was installed and never quite worked properly. They returned multiple times (translation = I had to call them, wait until they had time on their schedule, waited for them to arrive, etc.). All the while my electric bill sky rocketed b/c I had to use emergency heat. That heat pump had to be replaced within a year. Thankfully, that one was covered by a warranty. The 2nd heat pump also never quite worked properly and I had to have this company do repairs over and over.....always related to its inability to accurately regulate temperature. Jet customer service is outstanding from your first phone call. Even during these crazy times this company actually took the time to come out and quote our tiny job and fit us into their schedule. Jacob and his apprentice were cheerful and efficient. They did of a fantastic job and continued to do so even thru the minor tweaks that were needed.
