Very communicative and always showed up on time, as promised. He swapped out an old electric furnace for me and replaced it with a gas one. The work is spot on and looks amazing. We decided it was time to replace our old gas furnace and called Shawn. He came out on the same day and gave us an estimate that was fair in price. He was able to answer our questions and ordered our new furnace promptly. As soon as the furnace arrived, he came out to install it.
