AM/PM Heating And Cooling

My 15+ year old HVAC system died right before a heatwave. Being a Realtor, I called around my office to ask who people have been having a good experience with lately. One of my colleagues shared their experience from AM/PM Heating & Cooling and so I went with them. Was really pleased that I got a hold of the owner almost immediately, and they had their best tech drop by my house the same day. Although my system was completely shot, they were able to help me get a replacement ordered and installed within an 8 day total turnaround, from the day I called, to the day I had a new system. The system was cheaper than the previous estimates I had received even though I had them replace my water heater as well. We did have one faulty piece a few days after the install was complete, but they came out the next business day at 9am and had it fixed by 10. Our AC unit stopped working unexpectedly during a heat wave and so I did what any good natured homeowner would do - call every air conditioner service company in town. AMPM was the first to contact me, the best pricing, and their customer service was top notch- I kept my appointment with them over another company that could get me in sooner, because of their customer service alone. I then received a call from the owner after-hours saying they’re going to be in my area tomorrow, and does tomorrow work instead of our later appointment? Of course I said yes. I was given a text message the day of the appointment to confirm it was still ok to come over. The service tech arrived on time, was clean, wore bootie covers the whole time (we have had it in the past where they put them on initially, take them off when walking around outside and forget to put them back on when they come back in) and explained clearly what had happened and how to fix it, and gave recommendations in layman’s terms so

Am/Pm Heating And Cooling came up to Castle Rock and installed a new American Standard system in my house. It's an awesome upgrade from my 20+ year old system! The technician even found an old filter balled up inside my ductwork. I wonder how long that has been in there restricting the flow!
