AM/PM Heating And Cooling

Our AC unit stopped working unexpectedly during a heat wave and so I did what any good natured homeowner would do - call every air conditioner service company in town. AMPM was the first to contact me, the best pricing, and their customer service was top notch- I kept my appointment with them over another company that could get me in sooner, because of their customer service alone. I then received a call from the owner after-hours saying they’re going to be in my area tomorrow, and does tomorrow work instead of our later appointment? Of course I said yes. I was given a text message the day of the appointment to confirm it was still ok to come over. The service tech arrived on time, was clean, wore bootie covers the whole time (we have had it in the past where they put them on initially, take them off when walking around outside and forget to put them back on when they come back in) and explained clearly what had happened and how to fix it, and gave recommendations in layman’s terms so

They worked to be out the same day to fix my heat pump after being told by other repair outfits it be 2 plus weeks before they could look at it . I AM VERY HAPPY with there services and I will tell others.

Am/Pm Heating And Cooling came up to Castle Rock and installed a new American Standard system in my house. It's an awesome upgrade from my 20+ year old system! The technician even found an old filter balled up inside my ductwork. I wonder how long that has been in there restricting the flow!
