Mike is an awesome guy! Came right out, very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. Also explained and demonstrated how to clean out the drain field properly. Bison Septic is the only guys I will call for any septic pumping! Called them this morning as we thought our septic tank was backed up. They showed up as soon as they could and got it done for a great price. Tank didn’t end up being full, we actually had a blockage which they took the time to help us sort out and see if they could do anything to clear it. Needed to call a plumber to solve the full problem, but they sure tried their hardest. Second time using them, and will use them again and again.

Bison earned my trust and all the referrals I can muster. Knowledgeable, responsive, fair, kind... I can't say enough good things about Bison! Our septic tank backed up over Labor Day weekend and Mike (who I later found out is the owner) promptly returned our call. After listening to my description of the issue, he explained a few things, went over a few scenarios, and arranged for prompt service. Mike's knowledge, customer service, and kindness came through with every word. Dave came to our house and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to help and explain our septic system to us (we've never had septic system before) as well as visually inspect and ensure everything was working properly after pumping out both tank compartments.
