Bison Septic

Have had great experiences with Bison! Recently, we had a plumber with total comfort solutions come out to look at our issue with backed up water and they told us we needed to get our septic pumped. Lo and behold it was simply a toy caught in the drain line which the plumbers SHOULD have fixed or found, but Bison took care of us at no additional charge to look as where total comfort solutions sent out two plumbers and charged over $200 simply to tell us our septic was full (which was not the issue. ) Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer repair

Mike is an awesome guy! Came right out, very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. Also explained and demonstrated how to clean out the drain field properly. The septic macerator pump at our business jammed on Sunday evening. We had to shut down our restaurant. Called Bison Septic on Monday at 8:15 am. Dave came right away and had our tank pumped by 9 am. He did a very thorough job and got the tank the cleanest it's been in a long time. Will definitely use them again for business and home septic pumping.
