Titan Water Heating Repair

First off I would like to say thank you to Ace and Titan Water Heating Repair. Right before 4 PM this evening my AC decided to go out. My Nest was giving me an error with the Y1 wire. Which is the cooling wire. It just reached 100° and it’s a Friday evening about to start. I’ve just recently been diagnosed with a medical condition in heat triggers a reaction so I needed my system repaired ASAP. The Titan Water Heating Repair of our dispatch had a technician at my house in 30 minutes. Ace did a great job of troubleshooting my issue, ace was able to identify the wiring issue and corrected and also replaced the transformer and coil. He did all of this while a monsoon just happen to come in and he was soaking wet when it was all done. Ace was professional thorough and explained everything that he did. I want to thank ace and the Titan Water Heating Repair team for all they do! Do you have a customer for life! As fixing my AC probably saved mine!!! Thank you!!!

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called Titan Water Heating Repair who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. I’ve been using Titan Water Heating Repair for at least 7 years now. They are always courteous and professional. Justin and Tom came today to replace my zone panel and perform maintenance, and they did an amazing job. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and were so knowledgeable.
