Eddie was prompt and professional when he came to cap my gas line. He let me know it would be too expensive to be worthwhile to remove it entirely, which I appreciated. He was willing to do extra work to cut my old oil lines down to the floor. He even took the time to look at my leaky washer before he left. When he and his co-worker left I felt good about the money spent. I’ll also say, being an LGBT homeowner it can be nerve wracking to have strangers come to do work for you. We had nothing to worry about there.

$800 for a tub spout and less than 1 hour of work is a ripoff. Misdiagnosed leak, wanted to charge me $1700 on top of the $800 I had already spent to fix what ended up being a leaky drain. (Took me 15 min to fix after they left!) Pro plumber would've identified immediately, and follow-up with office manager is useless. There are WAY better choices in Camas Washougal - use this plumber at your own risk!
