Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They took a look at my heating, cooling, and water heater systems, and gave me advice on all of them. I decided to go ahead and get a rusty start up part replaced, which they did promptly. The price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using Chandler Heating and Cooling for any of my future heating and cooling needs! Services: Repair HVAC, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
I called this business in hopes of getting my furnace cleaned, the receptionist told me that it was $52 to come out and look at the furnace and then they would give me a quote on how much it would cost. I asked her for a ballpark figure on the usual cost to clean a furnace, she told me I cannot give you that information over the phone. This leads me to believe that once they come out and I paid $52 I will feel committed to accept whatever quote they give me. I thought it was totally unprofessional and I've never had another business tell me that they cannot give me a ballpark figure. Therefore I chose a higher rated service in Covington who is going to do the whole thing four 139+ tax, and no travel fee!
