Ed was extremely responsive, responding to my website inquiry within an hour or so, and we set an appointment for him to look at a couple of outlets that were no longer working properly. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issues all in the same visit, which was great. He also helpfully recommended solutions to a few other "older house" issues.
