Truly awesome from start to finish. When they first came out Steve talked to me about what needs I was looking for and gave his professional opinion on what upgrades should happen. From there scheduling was easy and the techs who came out to do the work were great. Extremely kind and courteous the whole time.
I have been a customer of Glenn Heating and Cooling for over a year now starting. I used them at two different houses. My service experience with them has been great. They are very friendly, and take the time to fully explain everything that is going on with your system. They also take to the time to learn you as the customer, and what your needs are. Extremely trustworthy.
Glenn is the very best, most knowledgeable and highest quality group of any heating and cooling group I have worked with in the last 12 years of owning multiple properties. They clearly communicate the scope of work. They completed many of the jobs I needed done on time and at a fair price. I definitely recommend them for anything you need done for heating and cooling. 5 stars for sure!!
