I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle Hubbard who did an outstanding job repairing my furnace. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and provide a review of the great work he did. First and foremost, Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and explained the problem to me in a clear and understandable way. He then provided me with a detailed breakdown of the repair work that needed to be done, including an estimate of the costs involved. I appreciated his transparency and honesty throughout the entire process. He worked efficiently and effectively, but never rushed through the job. Our electrician, Dave at Goodsense Electric, referred us to CM Heating for a new heat pump, furnace and split system. We had received a couple other estimates and CM was by far the best value. The quality of service, workmanship, professionalism were topnotch. Our Customer Consultant, Scott, was very thorough and knowledgable. He didn’t try to up-sale us on anything but listened to what we needed and then provided the best options. We were impressed by all of the crew who came out for the installation; all were professional, communicative and on-time and fun to chat with.
