Everything was great and Edwin did a fantastic job — we would give him 6 stars if we could.
Did a walk through for a bid with Edwin. Very professional, friendly and took time to get the full scope of the rewire, panel move and new strike process plus considering a few options. He knows his electrical code and is thoughtful, would recommend.
Had to replace a leaking garbage disposal and the tech went to my rental and came out with an estimate over $1,600. He made a few suggestions and fixes in other places that in no way are worth $1,600. Very expensive and aggressive selling by the manager as well who tried to tell me that the price was ok. I refuse the service called another company and just got the garbage disposal replaced and new plumbing in bathroom sink as well for a little less than $500 labor and parts included. I don't like to post bad reviews but as a small business landlord and knowing I am not present they tried to overpriced their services. Not a professional service and their estimate with no details on pricing here attached too.
