They used to be great but they've really gone downhill the last few years. We called them several times last winter for our generator repair, they charged me for every visit and never fixed the problem. We asked what was wrong and the fellow just said something about "go-go juice" which is not helpful at all. They wanted us to replace the entire generator and the woman answering the phone was very curt when I would call. They literally said "what do you want me to do about it?" We just had a different company come out to look at it and the guy fixed it in 30 seconds by reattaching a hose. The new repair company explained everything to us and said that it didn't look like any maintenance had been done on it for years. Shame on you Eylander.

Very odd company with many issues, I wouldn't recommend them, and I've used them a couple times. E.G. everywhere on their website they have "call us" numbers listed, but when you call them, the VM says "text only". But when you text them, the number comes back as invalid. Over the last couple years they have been very hard to get a hold of and will not return calls or emails. Also if you do get a hold of them, the scheduling person is not very nice.

My gas furnace stopped heating this morning and i determined it was a faulty ignitor. Searched high and low for a local shop with a replacement part and wound up here. They didn't have one of the ones I needed in stock, but they went out of their way to source one locally and get it to me within 30 minutes. Thank you!
