honest reliable professional. half way thru a diy project I realized I did not possess the skill set to finish the home repair I started. Justin gave me a time he would be there and showed up on time after I provided him a brief description of my situation and a few pictures. stayed until the job was completed and done to his satisfaction. I've had to use other plumbers before and I will always go back to this company and Justin because quite simply he cares about the people and the work he performs and it shows. his business is a huge asset to the community and helped me turn what could have been a very costly error in judgment into a manageable situation Service: Water heater installation
Justin and the team were super responsive! I called several places for some repair work in the bathroom. Not only were they able to come out within an hour they were also reasonably priced. PacWest replaced my 15+ yr old water heater and upgraded the set up to make it safer for us. They worked with my budget and availability and helped me prioritize for the long term. Both Justin and Justin were informative, professional, thorough and relatable- from inspection/assessment, planning/quoting and install. I highly recommend them!
