I’ve worked with 5 different garage door companies and this is the best one so far. My service guy, Sam, is highly knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. He changed the spring and other components. Besides that he also helped program my home garage door from my cars. The price is very reasonable. 5 stars all the way, will hire again.
He insisted me to pay in advance with credit card via phone. I said I am not comfortable doing that. I have had too many credit card fraud in past few years. The appointment was eventually made but no one showed up.
It does not appear that they are a door repair company they are just a call center at least that is my impression. I had a cable break off from the garage door. After being then $50 to come and give an estimate my wife was quoted $400 for a $30 cable that would take 30 minutes to install. These are nothing but scam artist. Not reliable company. Would recommend to avoid.
