Art from TOV was our Project Manager, he consistently demonstrated a firm understanding and commitment towards creating a successful project. Art went above and beyond what would normally have been considered management of a project. All three crews showed up ready to work every day, and subcontractors hired by TOV showed the same level of professionalism. When there was discovery that involved “Out of Scope” work, Art always presented various solutions and associated impacts both financially and scheduling. During demolition of exterior siding (on three buildings) the crews made sure to keep the sites clean, organized, and safe. During installation of plywood sheeting several discussions were held on minor repairs, which were executed timely and cost effectively. During installation of the new Hardiplank siding, the crews went above and beyond to make sure the finished product provided a visual recommendation to passersbys.
