It was raining really bad and I had a huge leak on my roof. My friend recommended me to this contractor named Bobby. Emerald Tile Roofing has a high rating for fixing leaks. I scheduled a house visit with Bobby to show him the damages and to receive an estimate. He was very informative and explained to me how he would fix the damages on the roof. The day of service, he arrived with a few of his crew members in order to fix my roof. They finished my roof top within 5 hours. I haven’t had any issues since. We had a leak in our tile roof (who has a tile roof in Seattle you ask!) and Bobby came out right away and spent 3-4 days replacing broken tiles on our roof. He told us where to buy replacement tiles (the previous owners told us they were no longer made so we were thrilled to find a local supplier) which meant we didn't have to pay a mark-up on the tiles. Always nice to save a wee bit where you can! Then a few months later we discovered a new little leak and Bobby came out the same day (a cold, rainy Saturday) and discovered there was ANOTHER issue. He spent another several hours fixing an issue that apparently was long standing and was basically a construction defect. He sent 10 photos from the roof as he was working keeping us informed minute by minute. And here's the best part- NO charge for the weekend emergency work! He's just a great young man.
