We reached out to Roofscapes NW about fixing our sunroom (glass) roof. We've had an extremely difficult time getting anyone to come even look at it, let alone fix it. Roofscapes was prompt in scheduling an appointment for a quote, they came out, looked at it, and then the owner assured me he'd have a quote within 48 hours. And...nothing after nearly two months of waiting. I've pinged them twice. The admin did respond each time, to be fair. But still no quote. I understand if a project isn't in your wheelhouse, or it's too complicated, or maybe our house is haunted? I also understand how busy contractors are. We were more than willing to wait to get the work completed. We just wanted a quote! We have a feeling this project is not a usual one, so contractors just don't want to do it. But please don't ghost me. If I wanted to keep getting ghosted, I'd just re-download Tinder instead.
