Jordon did a fantastic job of diagnosing a problem with the circuit board in my furnace and obtaining a replacement for our old outdated furnace. Call Furnace Aid and leave a message. Skip before Jordan took over the business have responded to service and fix my furnace for over 30 years. Recently, during extremely cold weather, in despair I called another company and Furnace Aid to get my furnace working. The other company came 1st, but couldn't it to work: they had no parts and couldn't find the parts locally. They quoted $8,000 to install a new furnace the next day. Jordan came that night after his last commitment. He had a new controller in his van with 2 used parts to get it working. He returned the next week with new parts. Response and expertise top notched!
