I have been having Clint work on my house for about 7 years now with multiple projects. he has done (among other things) 2 bathrooms for me (in 2 houses). has done a project involving combining 2 rooms into 1 big bedroom, and also did all the work to get my previous property ready for sale. In all projects he has delivered on time, at quality, on budget and with a great attention to detail. He also shows great respect at working with our schedules and making sure that the disruption to the rest of the house is always minimal. Clint at CG Real Estate Ready is GREAT to work with. We called him for a couple plumbing/handyman items. Liked all the five star reviews. He immediately called back, came out and gave us an estimate. Our project grew because of unexpected water damage and black mold. Clint made sure to remove all the moldy material and was able to do the whole project. Great to have a one stop guy without having to call other companies. He had color and material advice, I had made up my mind for a different scheme, and ended up changing to all his suggestions. Clint gave us advice on colors and trim for us to finish other areas. Clint’s got great personality, always great communication and stays on schedule. We love our new kitchen, and we painted the rest of house ourselves with his advice. Like a new, modern condo. Definitely go with CGRER, for large or small projects!

A rare gem: A great professional doing high quality work with more than reasonable prices. Clint fixed about a dozen items for us, ranging from the mundane (removing a stuck recess bulb, fixing a vent fan) to hand making a replacement screen for our front door. He did more in one hour than most people can do in six, and there was no idle chit chat or smoke breaks. CG Real Estate Ready is my go to company for all the household repairs and installs.
