Clint helped us to install a new range hood vent, and do some repair work around the area after we had removed our old hood. The work was great, and fairly priced. He was very responsive to questions and helpful to us before we were even sure we wanted to hire anyone. We would definitely contact Clint again for more work.

A rare gem: A great professional doing high quality work with more than reasonable prices. Clint fixed about a dozen items for us, ranging from the mundane (removing a stuck recess bulb, fixing a vent fan) to hand making a replacement screen for our front door. He did more in one hour than most people can do in six, and there was no idle chit chat or smoke breaks. CG Real Estate Ready is my go to company for all the household repairs and installs.

Clint did a great job with several projects around our house. He came up with great ideas on how to do shelving in our garage (way better than what I was thinking), he did a good job running wiring for a security camera, and he custom built and mounted a wooden frame for our shoe holder by our front door. I especially loved that he was ready to go as soon as he arrived and helped us everything get done in a timely manner. Another bonus was after we paid, he realized that we actually owed less and he refunded me the difference. A very cool move. My wife and I were very happy with his service and the end result.
