VERY dishonest company. Beware of strong arm tactics. They pulled a no show , no call and sent an invoice for looking at the job to determine if they were qualified or not. When I pointed out their tech did not show up , nor perform any work, they became unprofessional and rude. Avoid these people and call reputable electricians in the Tri-Cities.
I have asked for a quote to fix/rewire my garage twice. No one in the office will get back to me to set a time. When I called and stated that no one had contacted me to set up a time, the receptionist stated that she would have someone call me that day. It has now been one month.
