Gave up trying to fix our pump that was supposed to be included in our new home contract. Had several men come to look at the pump, different answers each time, one even said they knew the motor in the pump was small and that it was not right and that the best he could do is do things the cheap way for their benefit. Never called to update us of when they would come to “fix” our water pump, never mentioned the dates they would show up. Don’t recommended this place upon its high level of poor management and service. Random workers would just walk to my backyard without calling to notify us they would come that day and times Didn’t even call us to tell us they won’t help us. Please don’t waste your time here.

VERY dishonest company. Beware of strong arm tactics. They pulled a no show , no call and sent an invoice for looking at the job to determine if they were qualified or not. When I pointed out their tech did not show up , nor perform any work, they became unprofessional and rude. Avoid these people and call reputable electricians in the Tri-Cities.

Efficient. Fast. Thorough. Economical. The electricians blew me away. They fixed several electrical issues in my home at a reasonable price. I can't say enough good about Allan Electric!
