My AC stopped cooling yesterday. Called Alvarez and scheduled Saturday repair. Steve arrived right on time, diagnosted problem, cleaned condenser coil, added a few pounds of freon. total cost was hundreds $ under a previous quote from other servicer. Highly recommend Steve at Alvarez Heating and AC. Telling all my friends.
friendly , lots of knowledge and gave us great tips on our cooling and heating unit . i highly recommend .
