I have had a terrible experience with Chinook. They been out here 8 - 10 times this month and my hvac unit still isn’t fixed. Every time they come out they think it’s a different problem. This unit is about 18 months old so it is still brand new. I’ve had to take work off each time they’ve come which has cost me over a thousand dollars in wages. I even had to pay for them to come check it out the first time even though it is still under warranty. This has truly been a nightmare, and I’d love it if they replaced the unit.
Carlos was phenominal. He diagnosed my outside unit very quickly and showed me exactly what happened to it. He went over all the options with me and was very well informed! Would definitely recommend Chinook to anyone looking for fast and friendly surface.
Julio was awesome! Not only did he diagnose and fix my HVAC issues, he gave great pointers on how to make it run more efficiently. Definitely recommend this business!!!! Service: HVAC system repair
