Carlos is awesome! He arrived on time and ready to get the job done. He explained the process as he went so that I understood everything that was being done and went above and beyond compared to several other techs we have had out to service our system in the last three years. He’s the first one who even took his time to clean the inside as well as the cover that had gotten pretty gross over the years so when he was done the entire system looked brand new and well cared for! I wish I had taken before pictures because the difference is huge. Will definitely be happy to be a repeat customer! Chinook got us a service tech, Christian A.,within two hours of our call. He was able to diagnose and replace our bad capacitor quickly, and had our system blowing cold again within 45 minutes.
