Express 24 Hr Plumbing & Drain, LLC

Memorial day weekend started out rough with a plugged main line. We started with another company but due to numerous issues with them, their equipment and professionalism, we cancelled and used Express 24 Hour Plumbing and Drain instead. Express 24 Hour was recommended by a family member who manages facilities in the area. Jeff arrived on site and on time. I explained our whole situation and experience with the previous company. To say the least our experience with Jeff was amazing. Although He didn't resolve the issue 100% we were able to get water flowing again! This made memorial day a bit better! I called Express 24 Hour again a few days later because it did back up again and we needed to get a camera ran down the drain to figure out what is causing the problem. Chris arrived on site and on time. He got the drained cleaned out and the camera down the drain to find some very interesting issues! I have used this company now 2 or 3 times. They are amazing. I recently had Cade come out to repair my pipes under my kitchen sink. He was amazing. Not only did he explain everything to me he worked hard and made sure everything was taken care of. He was also so polite and kind. He had to come back another day late in the afternoon and was just as sweet and got things done.

My kitchen drains were completely blocked. Chris came in and was able to clear them easily. Chris was friendly and very accepting of my daughter with disabilities. She didn’t get upset at all like when most people come in the house. We will use again! Service: Drain cleaning
