20 stars for Larry It's never a good day when your basement floods and you can't turn on the shower or flush anything. Mr. Rooter had Larry at our house within the hour. He was super friendly and his communication was spot on. Although our clog couldn't be broken up in one night, he worked really hard to make sure we could still run water in our house until he returns in the morning. Quick service! Nice professional plumber came to the house. He gave an estimate first and then was able to complete the job that day. The technician came on time, was able to locate my water leak at hose bib and replaced. He was great, it was an expensive fix for something relatively easy and cheap but he had no control over cost. That was standard for the company. I did get a recommendation to a restoration company and the mitigation part was great but repair portion and estimate/cost has been frustrating. As an homeowner just do some research on companies before you select one. Either way, positive experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
