20 stars for Larry It's never a good day when your basement floods and you can't turn on the shower or flush anything. Mr. Rooter had Larry at our house within the hour. He was super friendly and his communication was spot on. Although our clog couldn't be broken up in one night, he worked really hard to make sure we could still run water in our house until he returns in the morning. My upstairs bathroom had started out as a leak of hot water from the tub; which turned into running water in a matter of 24 hours. Phoned Campbell & Company who informed me that I would need to get a leak detection service conducted before they would come out and investigate my issue. Phoned Mr. Rooter and spoke with a wonderful receptionist named Trina who listened to my issue. Trina asked all of the pertinent questions on how the leak may have occurred and what I have been told by a previous company. The interaction between Trina and I put me at ease in having a technician come by the home and view the leak. Trina had a technician out to my house within 20 minutes and that doesn’t happen in the real world. Dante’ showed up and identified the issue that did not require a leak detection service because the faucet needed a replacement sensor. Dante’ went to Lowe’s and was given the incorrect sensor in which he returned to the store. Dante’ returned to the store and got the corre
I’ve used their services twice now. First was due to a pipe burst on Christmas Eve, 2021. I was impressed with their service the first time, I had to call them again for a drainage issue. The plumber named Brain, came out and was able to assess my issue. He broke down the process on what I was expecting and what he could provide with his services. When it came to pricing he was straightforward as well. Another thing I consider over the top, is leaving a workspace cleaner than you got to it.
