Called Mr Rooter for a leak, and they sent a team the same day! Brian and Daniel are a very good team! Very professional. They answered every question I had. I had a sewer issue and I called Mr. Rooter upon the recommendation of my neighbor. They sent a technician out while the dispatcher kept me updated as to when the technician would arrive. Tallin was wonderful. He listened while I explained my problems and it didn't take him long to diagnose the issues. He made his recommendations, provided an estimate on the spot, and addressed all of my concerns. We agreed on the pricing and a day for him to perform the repairs. Tallin showed up on time and was undeterred by the large job ahead of him. He took the time to answer more questions and explain all of the repairs that he would perform. He was patient, efficient, and shared photos of the work as he progressed. He also cleaned up the area after he finished the work - even as nitpicky as I was on cleanliness! The technician came on time, was able to locate my water leak at hose bib and replaced. He was great, it was an expensive fix for something relatively easy and cheap but he had no control over cost. That was standard for the company. I did get a recommendation to a restoration company and the mitigation part was great but repair portion and estimate/cost has been frustrating. As an homeowner just do some research on companies before you select one. Either way, positive experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
