My AC died on one of the hottest days of the summer, of course. I called Solstice Heating and Air, thinking it might take a couple of days to get someone to come out. But a technician showed up just as it started getting dark (so, 8:30 or so at night). He replaced something and we were back in business within half an hour. After reading horror stories from friends who had called other companies and had to wait for several days, or a sales guy showed up instead of a service technician, I was SO GRATEFUL.
