New install..I requested a 4 ton unit but they installed 3 ton unit. result air handler air volume is low..wiring was run on the outside of house. would rather it under the the house... the unit takes about 10 to 15 minutes to perform cooling and the heat pump is slow installed the thermostat way off level...I noticed thermostat setting where the unit should not come on , the compressor cycles on several times during the day. No setting to circulate air only. I dont recommend

They installed a new HVAC system three years ago. They did a great job with installation and left the site clean and tidy. They're also great about following up and getting inspection done with the state. I'm on the plan where they come out and do a tune-up every 6 months. And they're very proactive in calling and setting up the appointment so I don't have to think about it. And the day of the appointment as well as with the follow-up they do a great job communicating. Absolutely happy with the service I've received from them. And I plan on continuing to use them moving forward. Service: A/C system maintenance

Brett was very nice, personable and professional. It was after 6:00 when he finished at my house and he had one more service call to make before calling it a day, but he took the time to answer all my questions.
