Beacon Plumbing

I had a pipe burst in the shower area. Beacon was great. They came out same day, gave me a quote before starting work, and completed quickly and with great quality. Jesus and Freddy were fantastic. They were friendly and cleaned up.

My husband and I purchased and installation of a water heater from Beacon in 2018. Great experience, recently had our hardwood floors refinished and the contractor had to turn the gas off due to the combustible chemical used to treat. The contractor did not know how to get the water heater pilot light lit. My husband tried and could not get it lit so we put in a service call. Service rep who took the call was awesome explaining we may of had a water heater with a recall they schedule someone for the next morning. After some thought I decided to make a go at starting up the pilot light so I would have the knowledge how to address this if it ever came up again in the future. It happens my husband and contract never opened the gas line. I was tickled I got the pilot light lit just as the service call rep showed up. What made this an exceptional situation is Mike the service rep and Lewis were so kind I think they both got a kick out of my excitement of resolving the issue on my own. Mik

On Wednesday, May 31st I called Beacon for a hissing pipe in the walls. Will and Alex came shortly and not only found the our leak but replaced the pipe the same day. They made sure that we were able to get the photographs and other evidence for our insurance claim. We weren’t given the runaround or anything. Honest, straightforward, no nonsense. We’re so grateful. Whatever they make is not enough. This is the quality of service you want when looking for a plumber. Will, Alex, and the lady who had received the phone call (forgive me, I am unable to recall her name) were super kind and understanding of the delicate family situation that we are in. I am 110% satisfied and I will be recommending Beacon to anyone who may require these services. Thanks so much!
