We have been doing business with this company since Mark's dad Pat was still working. All of Pat's professional qualities have certainly been retained by Mark. Mark is very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. We called him because our furnace wasn't working properly. He said he would come out the next day at 10 am and he was here right on time. We think that is very remarkable considering the weather situation. Mark checked our thermostat and re-programmed it. He also checked our furnace and filter to make sure everything was okay.
