They sent my business a bill for goods I never picked up or received. Commercial business / accounts beware. Check your invoices for actual products or work performed. I called 5 times to verify incorrect billing address for a different shop with a similar name, no response at all. My brother called from a different number and got a hold of management (ish) (person in charge at the time) and they said it was a "marine starter". We don't work on boats or anything like that at all. Next step if they keep sending these is a call to the Attorney General for unethical business practices. Could be a billing error, but no call back is VERY shady. They let a part go out on a cash invoice, I've never done business with them once. Why should I get the bill?
