From the initial call on a Saturday morning at 8 am to the finished job on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm,, the entire experience was excellent. Initial contact with WCPS Water Heater Repair technician was friendly, pleasant and informative. I had estimates for three options within an hour and our technician arrived at 12:30 with all the parts necessary for the job. He was polite, knowledgeable and neater than I thought possible for a job this inherently messy. Everything was beautifully installed and all the trash disappeared. I never thought we could get this troublesome a problem fixed so quickly on a weekend. I cannot recommend WCPS Water Heater Repair too highly and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
