My gutter fell off twice a year after being installed, and two parts were broken. I have never seen such a problem in another home. Obviously, it is not the weather, but the installation problem.
I had 4 roofing contractors to my house for estimates on how much it would cost to replace the entire roof including all the plywood, insulation, and put in attic vents as I had none. It took 4 days to do the job. They were there on time everyday and did an excellent job. It turned out this was the most difficult job they had ever done!
