Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Am glad that I chose to go with this company. The whole experience was very pleasant and informative. Work was done in a timely manner.Will highly recommend.
No show. No call. No updates until I called in. Very unprofessional. Can’t speak to the actual work unfortunately. But this means I’ll have to deal with a weekend worth of no ac when I could have called someone else. Update: They called today to tell me that their 1 and only technician quit? And that they could schedule me in a few months. Seems like a scam.
