Brazil has done various roofing jobs for me over the years and I was always satisfied. But the service on their last job for me beats the rest. They replaced the roof on a duplex a few years ago and this spring it sprung a leak in the exhaust vent over the stove. That is the only problem I've had. Well, I called Brazil and Justin sent a crew the next day, discovered and replaced a faulty vent on the exhaust fan above the stove. No charge. Not necessarily even his vent. Great service! Showed up on time and completed a winter re-roof while keeping everything inside dry. They kept their prices reasonable. We had quotes from 2020 re quoted in 2023 and my prior bids from other roofers doubled in price over 3 years. Brazil's roofing kept their price and garenteed that price for 6 months.

Sorry to do this, but we recently bought a house that had been reroofed two years prior. It was done by Brazil's Roofing. As we were going over the home owners inspection we noticed that they had installed the ceiling vent very poorly which caused a piece of plywood to sustain major wood rot. We called Brazil's and the came out and replaced the boards and fixed the vent. Upon further inspection we noticed that the very board that they replaced was not nailed down to the trim. So we had them back out to fix it. Upon further inspection the problem is still not fixed and we are going into the rainy season with a room that has an obvious problem.
