Amy's Thomas was exceptionally helpful during the inspection with her intuitive knowledge and expertise. She showed what areas she was looking at and explained the potential problems that would be present for our windows. The process was very smooth and all of our questions were answered whenever we had them. The estimates that were created during the consultation were very accurate and the math was shown to us for the process as well. Met with Bret today totally against my wishes the wife set it up. However his presentation was so professional that he convinced me of a fact that I already knew. That it would be in my best interest to get a new roof sooner than latter. 3/01/23 Update: The work is complete (note, pics were taken before gutters were done): Roof, siding, gutters, removal of chimney, and a new shower. There were a few hiccups with the installs, but the Dabella team was responsive and all issues have been handled professionally and all is great now. My house had a lot of wood rot, so needed extra plywood and framing. They worked with me to help with the additional costs and have kept all the promises they made. Christina Durazo even made a special trip to my house, (an hour drive one way for her), to check and be sure everything was good. She took pictures and we did some paperwork. She is a wonderful person to work with. I'm now referring my neighbors to them should they need any work on their house. Over-all the experience has been a great one, despite a few snags along the way. I also have to give a special call-out to My Project Manager, Faith, and her assistant, Emily! They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive
