Yelm Plumbing & Pumps LLC

This place is AWFUL!!!! We have now submitted a formal Complaint to the better business bureau. We have not had a working hot water heater since 12/8/2021 with the zero reification for the problem. We paid them $1200 with 5 separate visits, a promise of a refund of some kind and NOTHING. I will continue to write reviews, call to complain to the city, the state, whatever it takes for this company to right the wrong it has caused. Services: Faucet repair, Water heater repair

Brian was awesome. He was so caring and professional. He even referred us to other specialist. That showed me he was not in it for the money but quality of care and service. I had a leaking, aged water heater that barely allowed for a single warm shower. I had scheduled with another company (frogger), who did not show to install a new water heater. I called around and Yelm plumbing and pumps llc said they could install one, even one I had bought myself. I locally purchased a new water heater and two days later Brian from Yelm plumbing arrived on time with a huge smile and installed the water heater. Brian was very professional and had done a very neat and quick install of the water heater, he was also great to talk to when there was time, he seems a great person in general.
