Riley provided professional and friendly service, and we really appreciated that 1st Response was able to book an appointment for next day service. We had been having issues with the gas valve on the furnace and it worked after the initial repair, but then failed again a week later. Fortunately this fell within 1st Response's service SLA window, and we only had to pay for the part and not the service to install it. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
Wow, so happy with 1st Response! It was easy to schedule my heat pump & furnace service with a quick call, and Braxton was able to get me in much sooner than expected. Riley came out today and was very professional and friendly. He was on time, got right to work and did a very thorough job. He explained everything he had inspected and serviced, which was an extensive list. He also let me know about a missing safety feature, and gave a recommended solution, but with no pressure to purchase immediately. I'll definitely be using 1st Response for any future HVAC needs, and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Service: HVAC system maintenance
I received a quick response and next day service by Braxten for a broken furnace. He took the time to explain the issue and how he was repairing it. He also did a full assessment on the furnace recommending that it was in good working operation and a replacement was still several years away.
