Where to start?! We have had nothing but troublesome experiences with the 2 top brands, the one you see on TV all the time, and the other with their trucks everywhere, both of whom flat out lied to us about the condition of our furnace, then water heater, and both trying to sell us new ones as these were "beyond repair". This time I decided to call someone local and I am so glad I did! Serg was incredible! He took his time and gave us our options, didn't try to push us in either direction. Air went out on Saturday night. Left a message at 9:45 pm. Got a call back Sunday the day they are closed. Got an appointment booked next day for 3pm. Serg came out looked at the unit then drove to Everett to get the part we needed. We were up and running by 6 pm. He was professional, super personable and got the job done fast...
