Where to start?! We have had nothing but troublesome experiences with the 2 top brands, the one you see on TV all the time, and the other with their trucks everywhere, both of whom flat out lied to us about the condition of our furnace, then water heater, and both trying to sell us new ones as these were "beyond repair". This time I decided to call someone local and I am so glad I did! Serg was incredible! He took his time and gave us our options, didn't try to push us in either direction. He is more concerned with building a good reputation and client base than a cash grab. Ultimately, he was able to repair our HVAC system for a fraction of what a new one would have cost.
