Jacob and the other gentleman (sorry I'm bad with names and forgot) were awesome! They were professional, informative and easy to talk to. They cleaned my vents which had a blockage quickly and left my house clean, without a trace They were there. I would definitely recommend them to others and will turn to them for future services. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews often but I was impressed with their service and wanted to help others looking for this type of service. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

So I have used this company's services in the past to do a vent cleaning and an A/C service, and recently just called them to do a furnace service. Unfortunately when they got up there, they were unable to move forward due to an issue with water being in a pressure switch thing (I don't know all the technical details). I was thinking, great I will get charged for them to come all the way here and just look at something. Nope Jake, not only didn't charge me, he let me know what the problem was, gave me a referral to another company and even stayed next to me while I was on the phone with the other company to explain what was needed - all at ZERO charge. Then as he is driving away, he calls to tell me he thinks he figured out why water was getting into our exhaust, it was because the cap on the roof was missing - and to call the other company to make sure they bring a cap when they show up for the diagnostic! Will we be using PNW Fresh Air services again, 100,000,000%! We will also tell

Thank you to the team. We got a dryer vent cleaning service done and they fixed our set up. Within two months there was another issue and when we left them a message after hours, they came by that next day to fix it, and gave a detailed explanation of how to do the maintenance ourselves. Also, they wore shoe slippers to protect our floors, and masks, so thank you for the extra courtesy in our home. Highly recommend them to anyone.
